Another special feature of the DCS Amethyst Classic is all cabins on board are outside cabins and have large opening panoramic windows. The crew will cater to you in the on-board restaurant with an extensive breakfast buffet and a multi-course menu for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also connected to the upper deck by a lift. On the spacious sun deck, you will find both sunny and shaded areas with comfortable deck chairs and lounge furniture where you can enjoy the passing beautiful river landscape. The wellness area with indoor pool and sauna invites you to feel good and relax during your river cruise.

The comfortable and modern outside cabins were partially renovated in 2018 and are equipped with a French balcony on the upper deck. The cabins on the main deck have a large panoramic window which can be opened in the upper third. All two-bed cabins are approx. 12-14 m² in size and have 2 single beds, which can also be made into double beds on request. The deluxe cabins (18 m²) are equipped with a double bed and also have a larger bathroom. All cabins are equipped with a bathroom shower/WC, hairdryer and also have TV, safe, minibar, telephone and individually adjustable air conditioning.

Enjoy daily culinary highlights during your river cruise including full board with a rich breakfast buffet and a multi-course lunch and dinner, which is served at the table. In the afternoon you will be served tea, coffee with pastries and cake alternating with a midnight snack. The ship offers you many possibilities to spend your leisure time on board, for example with themed evenings and/or live music. At your disposal are books to browse through as well as board games and a large chess set on the sun deck. Your cruise director on board is always available for you. The board languages are German and English and the currency is Euro. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted. Smoking is only allowed on the outside decks.
